The entire townhouse and roof deck are a smoke-free and drug-free.
 

QUIET HOURS

Sunday – Thursday: 10pm - 7am

Friday – Saturday: 12am - 7am
Please be courteous of neighbors at all times
 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW​

• Please use luggage racks, provided in the closet, instead of putting luggage on the bed comforter. Ample hangers and storage racks are provided, in nightstands, and in the bed base

• No gatherings larger than 8 people including house-guests

• Fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink

• First-Aid kit is in cabinet above the toaster

• Additional towels are in the closet in the bedroom.

• Make-up remover wipes have been provided, please use them instead of towels

• No open flames/candles

• Laundry pods go directly into the drum, not into the liquid tray

• A steamer is in the W/D cabinet on the shelf, as well a broom and dust pan

• Vacuum, is in the cabinet in the alcove, additional parts in W/D cabinet

• Trash bin {they don't Recycle here in PV)  are located in the cabinet to the left side of the sink kitchen counter

• Building trash bin is located in the garage in the trash room

• Many light switched have dimmers

CHARGING STATION

• USB outlets are in the kitchen near the coffee maker and in on each side of the bed.

• Charging cables of the LED lamps on the nightstands are in each drawr
   

ROOF DECK

• Only house guests are able to use the pool, No additional guests
• Pool towels are located in the bathroom closet. Please return them to the unit when done
• No glass on the roof deck, plastic tumblers and wine glassed are located on the shelve in the kitchen. Please return them to the unit when done

AIR CONDITIONER

• the thermostat for the central air is located in the bedroom. Please turn the air off if you plan to leave the sliding door open
